A couple weeks ago, Brooke came to me with an idea to take photos at our local roller rink with the inspiration from one of Kendall Jenner’s recent instagram photos. We are so thankful for The Fun Spot being so accommodating and letting us use their space! This was also my first time using external flashes for some of the photos. For those of you trying to figure out flash for the first time, you would know that it takes a minute to get everything just right. Brooke was amazingly patient with me while I was setting up with all of my equipment. As a mainly natural light photographer, It was fun to be able to play around with color gels, a mag mod, and other flash modifications. Also shout out to the Gary Fong for always being a go to for me in inside places for an even, soft light (perfect for event photography)!
